Billing Manager

She has the dubious honor of dealing with the insurance companies to translate their confusing language, make sure your coverage is working for you and making sure they reimburse us in a timely fashion. She the one to talk to when billing questions arise. She is always out to make sure you are informed, educated and satisfied as much as possible. Insurances are very difficult to deal with these days and Crystal does her best to fight for you and stand up for your rights.

Acupuncturist

Dr. Yotive graduated from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2015 and has been practicing in the San Francisco Sunset District since 2016. She is thrilled to be expanding her practice to the East Bay where she has recently moved with her husband, 2 year old son and French Bulldog.

Helping individuals stay active is her true passion in life. An adamant mountain biker, snowboarder and former professional dancer, she understands that injuries happen and works hard to help educate patients about how to best get back to the activities they love. She worked as an intern to the acupuncturist for the Golden State Warriors in the 2014/2015 season. She has completed an externship in Hangzhou China in 2015 and received her Clinical Doctorate in 2018. Currently she works as one of the acupuncturists for Smuin Ballet.

Acupuncturist

Grace Killpack is a licensed Acupuncturist who focuses on fertility, women’s health, and psycho-emotional imbalance. She finds honesty, empathy, and compassion to be the most valuable qualities in helping her patients. Her passion in supporting women stems from her own challenges with infertility and the stigma surrounding mental and emotional health.

Grace received her Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2015, and soon started her practice in San Francisco, where she lived with her husband and two rescue dogs, SheRa and Jerry. They moved to the Lamorinda area after their 9-year journey with infertility concluded with a healthy baby boy.
